Terms of service
Last updated October 10, 2026. Plain words on purpose. The headings are not part of the terms.
Who these terms are between. You, an adult parent or guardian, and Kitty Math Master, operated by its founders in California, USA ("we"). By using the site or buying the family edition you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
Children may play, but only you may agree. The games are built for kids. Accounts, purchases, emails and feedback are for adults. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to set things up. Only a parent creates an account, enters an email, or makes a purchase.
The free games. You can play them without an account. Progress is saved in your browser. Clearing browser data clears it. We can change, pause or remove free games at any time.
The family edition. One payment buys cloud sync, the parent dashboard and the reward system for the kids in your household, for as long as we run the service. We will keep running it for at least two years from your purchase date; if we ever shut it down after that we will give 90 days' notice and let you export your family's data. The family edition is for one household. Schools and tutoring businesses need a separate license; write to us.
Refund policy. Full refund, no questions, for 30 days after purchase. Ask through the feedback page or by replying to your receipt email. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually land in 5 to 10 business days. After 30 days we still read every request and will refund when the product did not work for you.
Prices and taxes. Prices are in US dollars. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is added at checkout. Stripe handles payment; we never see your card number.
The reward system is yours, not ours. The dashboard lets you promise your kid things like game time or a trip for ice cream. We record and show those promises. We do not deliver them, cannot enforce them, and are not responsible for what you decide to offer or withhold.
What you may not do. Resell or share your family account outside your household. Attack, scrape, or overload the service. Use it to collect information about other people's children. Upload anything unlawful. We can suspend accounts that do these things, with a refund if within 30 days.
Your content. Kid nicknames, reward names and feedback you type belong to you. You give us permission to store and show them back to your family, and to read feedback to improve the product. We may quote anonymized feedback publicly; we will never name you or your child.
Our content. The games, art, kitties, code and text are ours or licensed to us. Play them, link to them, screenshot them for your own use. Do not copy them into another product.
No educational guarantee. We think practice helps. We do not promise grades, scores or test results, and the dashboard reports what your kid did, not what they will do.
Service "as is." We work hard to keep the site up and correct, and we fix what breaks. Beyond the refund above, the service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under California or other consumer law that cannot be waived.
Changes. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email account holders at least 14 days before the change applies. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
Disputes. California law applies. We will try to settle any dispute by talking first. If that fails, courts in California have jurisdiction, and you may also use small claims court where you live.
Contact. The fastest route is the feedback page. A postal address and a dedicated email for legal and privacy requests will be listed here before paid accounts open.
